Makhana raita recipe
Ingredients
Makhana 1 cup
Curd 2 cups
Roasted
Cummin powder 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/4
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
chopped
Method
Dry roast the makhana in a pan for 7 to 8 minutes till they are crisp. Allow the makhana to cool .Now put them in a zip lock bag and roll with a rolling pin till it is crushed but not powdered.
whisk the curd in a bowl till it is smooth.Add all the masalas, salt and makhana, stir it . Serve the raita cold, and garnish with coriander leaves.
