ALMOND HALWA Ingredients Almond       1cup Sugar            2cup Ghee            150gms saffron          15 strands water            100ml for dissloving sugar   milk              50ml crushing the saffrron to get colour hot water      2cups to peel almond skin  Method Soak the almonds in hot water for twenty minutes and peel the skin put the almond in a blender and grind to coarse paste either adding milk or water, soak saffron in warm milk Place a thick bottom vessel or a cooker and pour 100ml of water once the water boils add two cups of sugar when sugar starts to disslove add almond paste stir it continouslyfor twenty minutes Now add saffron milk then ghee little by little and keep stiring continously as it will get burnt at the bottom.
