  Madala makhana Jngredients  lotus seeds      3 cups ghee                 3tsp rock salt           1tsp black pepper    11/2tsp powder Method Take a pan heat  on medium flame ,dry roast the lotus seeds for 10 to 11 minutes with continuous stirring. makhana should be crunchy by this time switch of the heat.spread ghee,sprinkle salt, and pepper on the makhana and mix throughly.
