Makhana also called lotus seeds or fox nuts,are one of the highest selling snacks these days. makhana, excellent source of protein, vegetarians often rely on paneer or soya as a key source of protein. These seeds roasted in 1 or 2 tsp of olive oil are loved by one and all.They serve as a healthy substitute to pop corn, but also due to the health benefits they offer.
