 Curry leaves is an aromatic ingredient found in Indian household which has numerous health benefits. The leaves are not only sought after for their aromatic flavour in the foods, but also enhance the health benefits of the meal making it more appealing.

The leaves have found its way in many treatment like Ayurveda, Sidda, and unani for their medical properties in treating gastro, diabetes, and diarrhea.The thin twigs or branches are used as natural brush to clean the teeth , strengthening the teeth
and gums and protecting from harmful bacteria.
Curry leaves play a important role in field of weight loss.The leaves are taken raw or consumed as juice. serves as a detox drink to cleanse body from within,burn fat,reduce bad cholesterol and enhance digestion.
How to make curry leaves juice at home
Boil 3 cups of water add 30 to 40 curry leaves and few mint leaves 2 tbsp of cinnamon powder and boil for few minutes,strain the juice and add a dash of lime juice and honey, consume while it is still warm. 
CURRY LEAVES KUZLAMBU RECIPE [KARUVEPPILAI KUZHAMBU]
Ingredients

curry leaves       half a cup[fresh tender and cleaned]
coriander           1tbsp
seeds
pepper               5 to 6
red chilli            3
cummin             1 tsp
seeds
tamarind            small ball, soak in water
shallots                10 to 15
garlic                     10
oil                          2tbsp
for seasoning mustard seeds 1,tsp,fenugreek 1/2 tsp,urad dal 1 tsp
Method
Dry roast curry leaves keep aside,place a pan add a tsp of oil roast coriander seeds, red chilli, pepper,cumin seeds allow them to cool add to a blender and make a fine paste.Place a pan on stove pour 2 tbsp of oil put mustard,fenugreek seeds and urad dal then add the shallots and garlic and saute them till brown then the masala paste saute till raw smell disappear.add tamrind pulp,salt,then add little water allow to boil till oil release.Now curry leaves kuzlambu is ready .Serve it hot with rice .It also well with chappathi.
