Recipe Of Multigrain Porridge

                   

MultiGrain Porridge or Kanji

Ingredients

Wheat                        250gms
Redrice                       250gms
Fingermillet               250gms
Pearlmillet                 250gms
Fenugreek                  50gms

Method
Clean and wash wheat,redrice,fingermillet or ragi pearlmillet or kambu seprately and dry them for a day or two.Then place a kadai on the stove and dry roast all the grains seprately.
Allow them to cool and add the grains to mixer to make a coarse powder now add fenugreek as whole
when you grind fenugreek it gives abitter taste, store it in a container .
To make a porridge 
Take one tablespoon of coarse powder add one cup of water and dislove it without lumps cook till the porridge becomes thick now add salt allow it to cool add a glass of buttermilk and mix well,the porridge or kanji is ready.
