Fast foods are generally made of maida and fried in oil which is not healthy.when we have fast foods outside the oil used for frying can be used repeatedly which is high in trans fats.may raise unhealthy cholesterol and lower healthy HDLcholesterol.This imbalance increase the risk of high bloodpressure.
Effects Of Maida:
Maida or white flour has very little food value as it contains no fiber. It can affect the stomach and the rate of metabolisam.thus causing constipation and digestive problem.The glycaemic index of maida is very high as it contains high amount of calories.When the intake of calories is high the body cells may receive more glucose which in turn gets accumulated as fat leading to gain weight.
